For the first time in Copenhagen Cooking’s history, a festival hub titled Cooking Spot will form an active part of this year’s festival. As a result of a cooperation with TorvehallerneKBH, Cooking Spot will have a significant central location in Copenhagen, with the aim of creating awareness of the festival in town through a variety of activities, discussions, ticket sales and competitions

Copenhagen Cooking’s themes this year will focus on local sustainability and togetherness. By local sustainability we aim to promote local ingredients, the 25 years of ecological produce in Denmark and to stop waste of food. With togetherness, we wish to create a social dining experience through a long-table setup – be it held in the street, in private or at one of the city’s fantastic restaurants
