Copenhagen Cooking 2015 is now over – thank you for a fantastic festival! With about 150 events spread over the course of 10 days, we have managed to bring Copenhagen's gastro scene to life. Thank you to everyone that participated, restaurants, bars, food actors and entusiasts. See you in 2016!

Copenhagen Cooking 2015 focused on local sustainability and togetherness. By focusing on local sustainability our aim was to promote locale ingredients, celebrate 25 years of organic produce in Denmark, and to stop food waste. By focusing on togetherness we wanted to create a social dining experience with a long-table setup – either in the street, in private or at one of the fantastic restaurants.
