Once again Kødbyens Mad & Marked celebrate the danish "open faced sandwich" called smørrebrød. Smørrebrød is one of the oldest traditions but also a tradition that managed to renew itself along with new food tendencies coming up.
Due to Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festivals theme 'Breaking the New' they will be gathering together the best cooks who will make traditional smørrebrød with new tastes and commodities. The participating restaurants are:
