HRH Princess Marie of Denmark is the Patron of Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival. 

Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival is organised by Food Organisation of Denmark (FOOD), a non-profit organisation created to raise awareness of, and stimulate interest in, Danish and Nordic gastronomy and food culture through PR campaigns and events. FOOD is also the organiser of Food Festival in Aarhus.

Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival’s secretariat is staffed by three permanent employees, a number of project managers and volunteers, and is located at the Hotel and Restaurant School in Valby, Vigerslev Allé 18, DK-2500 Valby.
