This year's festival beer, Copenhagen Ale, was developed as a special tribute to Copenhagen and all of the fantastic foodexperiences that you can explore every year at Copenhagen Cooking in the end of august.

Copenhagen Ale is brewed on yeast strains from the hill in Valby and inspired by traditional doublebeer from the beginning of the 19th century. With 4,6% and a deep chestnut-brown color and notes of darkroasted and caramelized malt.

The festival beer for 2022 was a refreshing beer with smoky notes, discreet fruit and well proportioned bitterness.

Copenhagen Cooking x Jacobsen - a longtime collaboration with focus on tasteexperiences.

True to tradition Copenhagen Cooking is working together with Jacobsen to make taste, experiences and link between the food on our plates and the beer in the glass, when we brew the festival beer of the year.

Common for both parties is a pronounced interest, curiosity and passion about taste and the many possibilities that are given, when we compose ingredients and commodity - and beer is no exception!

During Copenhagen Cooking you can explore the tasteunivers when we invite you to the table with great foodexperiences - and not the least, when we serve Jacobsen's Copenhagen Ale to all of our own events.
