Smørrebrødets Dag 2021

The Festival Square · City centre Copenhagen Cooking 2021 Fit for English speakers

On Saturday, August 28, for Smørrebrødets Dag 2021, Copenhagen Cooking once again focuses on celebrating Copenhagen one of the city’s culinary specialties.

With its modern rebirth, over the past years, smørrebrød is not only a central part of Copenhagen’s cultural “food” history but also a highly contemporary food item. This is particularly shown in the sustainability, which the world class chef’s of Copenhagen bring into this historical dish. We celebrate all of this for Smørrebrødets Dag 2021, where we have invited some of the absolute best restaurants to show off their skills, with each of their interpretations of the sustainable and delicious piece of smørrebrød.This year’s restaurants are:

The ticket included six pieces of signature smørrebrød (NOTE: small pieces, but five should be enough for a full meal) and a glass of beer from Husbryggeriet Jacobsen.

Copenhagen Distillery will sell their exciting range of aquavit from the bar.

Please note the price below is without the added ticket fee.
