Frederiksberg Harvest Feast: Timm Vladimirs Køkken x Hegnsholt
For the third time Timm Vladimir and his talented team invite you to join them at Frederiksberg Harvest Feast. This year they have teamed up with organic farm Hegnsholt. And for the first time ever the guests get to help create and cook the menu - just as you do when visitin Timm Vladimir's Kitchen.
Timm Vladimir’s Kitchen is Denmark’s largest cooking school with kitchens in Copenhagen and Aarhus. They offer courses for private guests and companies alike. The guests play the main role when it comes to prepare the food and they have more than 20 different courses to choose from. Everybody can join and in and be part of their cooking schools - newbie and nerds just the sam sincce the kitchen staff help you cheat and prep some produce in advance. As they say in the kitchen: "we scrub and peel and you cook for real".
Vester Elkær is a small value-driven specialty farm with a vision of creating the synergy of value driven production and unique products. The farm is one of very few in Denmark producing one of two of Denmark's oldest sheep Hvidhoved Marskfår. The organic farm is run by Anna Solveig Skov Rosengren.
The practicalities: You must bring your plate, cutlery and glass yourself • There will be both beer and wine bars on sight • You will be sitting at the table of the specific restaurant, so be sure to buy tickets for the same restaurant if you want to sit together • We meet at 17.30 and at 18.00 dinner is served • At 21.00 we say thank you and goodbye • In case of rain, we have taken care of plan B.
