Come to dinner in the green oasis Øens Have and enjoy an eventing with local produce from the urban garden and a lively panel debate on urban agriculture, where experts from Zurich and Copenhagen will enlighten you on sustainable urban development.

The event is organised by Soil to Soul - you are, what you eat!, a movement born in Switzerland that aims to draw attention to our soils and the interconnected impacts of soil depletion on the environment and human health.

The evening starts with a one-hour panel discussion aiming at demonstrating how we can use urban soils in a sustainable way and the importance of regenerative agriculture. You will meet experts from Zurich and Copenhagen discussing goals and strategies related to sustainable urban development.

The dinner will be created as a four-hands dinner by Carlos Navarro (Restaurant Rechberg 1837) from Zurich and Morten Piester (Øens Have) from Copenhagen, to taste the inspiration of both cities on the plate.

The dinner is vegetarian, but there will be a meat-based option. 
Please note the the price listed does not include ticket fees.

The highlight is the annual Soil to Soul Symposium held in September in Zurich.
