BÆST Farm pop-up dinner

Cooking in CPH · Outer Copenhagen Farm of Ideas Fit for English speakers

As part of the Seed Exchange festival, restaurant BÆST will pop-up at Svanholm, where we have installed an original Italian pizza oven, so that you, as part of the meal, can enjoy the world-famous BÆST pizza along with a number of other BÆST-specialties.


The dinner will be served in the barn at Svanholm, surrounded by the fields, where the vegetables on the plate have just been harvested from, and where the cows that have delivered the milk for the mozzarella will be muhh-ing in the background.


We hope you will join us for this very special dining experience.


The food:
BÆST's pizzas are made from a mixture of local Danish and Italian stone-ground flour and raised with sourdough. Most of our charcuterie is handmade from meat from Hindsholm and Mineslund and the rest we import ourselves from the best producers in Italy.
The mozzarella is made from jersey milk from our own cows and is handmade every day and served fresh. Everything is organic.
