Copenhagen Cooking is Scandinavia's leading food festival with a annual attendance of up to 90.000 guests. As an actor at Copenhagen Cooking you are part of promoting yourselt, but also the food scene of Copenhagen as well as the danish food industry.

It is important to have a catchy and informative event description, in order to provide potential guests with necessary information. Please consider the event as a part of the overall theme "Celebration of the Capital", and feel free to think BIG! We gladly assist with a sharp and descriptive pen, as long as you provide us with the above-mentioned details.

Guidelines for events

Below you will find the formal guidelines for participation in Copenhagen Cooking. These guidelines applies to all organisors and attendants of the festival.

  • Copenhagen Cooking serves its right to editing all event description before and during the festival, to ensure uninamous communication throughout our channels.
  • You must use our ticket provider to sell tickets for your events. We will assist you in this process. Your prices will be shown on our eventpage with the added ticket fee.
  • You must cover your own expenses, but you keep your income from ticket sales, which will be added to your account within 5 weekdays after the event.
  • Ticket fees will be added. 10 kr. (incl. VAT) if prices are between 0 - 150 kr. And fee of 20 kr. (incl. VAT) will be added to events with a ticket price of 150 kr. and above. Free tickets will not be added a ticket fee. Any added fee will be paid by the guests and will cover administration and credit card fees. 
  • Copenhagen Cooking assumes no responsibility between ticket buyers and organisors/restaurants regarding any suspension of payments, bankrupcy or other complaints from buyers regarding quality or planning of events, or any other relations regarding events, that are aimed towards the event organisor(s).


  • It is your own responsibility to make sure you comply with the Government restrictions for Covid-19. These can change rapdly, so please make sure you are up to date. 
  • In circumstances that leads to stricter restrictions, which causes Copenhagen Cooking to cancel, the guests will have the opportunity for a full refund of their ticket purchase, excluding ticket fees. 
  • Copenhagen Cooking reserve the right to ask the organiser to cancel an event if it does not comply with the restrictions at the time of the event.
