What does Copenhagen Cooking help with?

Vi guide you, for free, to use food events and experiences strategically to market and set the scene for your message, products, (new) business or something else. We help you reach a wide potential customer group. We take care of everything related to communication, marketing and PR and are happy to help you develop your ideas, put you in touch with good collaborators, producers or locations and brainstorm on the practicalities, logistics and economy. 

How do i sign up an event?

You sign up an event through a webform. In the form you fill out all the practical information and text for the program as well as pictures for the website and social media. Remember to make sure you have the rights to the use of the picture and that we can use the picture on our channels in relation to the event. 

How are the tickets sold?

You can decide if you want the event to be free or sell tickets. If you want ticket sales you have to use our provider Madbillet.dk in order for us to help you in the best way. 

The sign up is very simple and we guide you through the process.

There will be a fee added to the tickets:

  • 10 kroner inkl. VAT per ticket for tickets between 1 - 150 kr. 
  • 20 kroner inkl. VAT per ticket for tickets from 151 kr. and up.

The fee is split between us and madbillet.dk. 
The price of the tickets are show excluding ticket fee in the program.
Free tickets do not have a fee. 

How do I get my money from my event?

You keep all the sales from your tickets which will be transferred directly to your account five days after your event has been executed. Remember to type in your account details on your user on Madbillet.dk.

How is the program curated?

We encourage everyone to pitch in with events but in the end we will curate the program and decide which events can join. We reserve the right to edit the event text leading up to the event and during the festival to make sure we have consistent communication on all the festivals channels. 
Remember to sign up your event before the program and ticket sales are released.

What happens in case of cancellation of an event?

If an event is cancelle dit it the hosts responsibility to inform you point of contact with Copenhagen Cooking and the guests. Madbillet.dk will refund the full amount including ticket fee to the guests and the host is responsible for paying for the ticket fees. 

Copenhagen Cooking påtager sig intet ansvar over for billetkøberne vedrørende værtens betalingsstandsning, konkurs eller eventuelle andre reklamationer fra billetkøber over kvaliteten eller afviklingen af arrangementet eller andre forhold vedrørende arrangementet, som derimod skal rettes mod arrangøren.
